Finally I found the answer to the problem, namely to reset the TCP / IP. At first I run without a modem connection results are not satisfactory, the second step by installing / modem connection and the results are OK.Here are the steps to reset TCP / IP:
a. Click Start, type "cmd" (without the quotes) in search area
b. Right Click "cmd" in the Start Menu, choose "Run as administrator".
c. Type netsh int ip reset command
d. After that restart the computer for no effect of any change. The result is internet connection runs normally,
I also check the IP again and the results are normal again where IPv4 addresses only one row.
So, hopefully a little knowledge can be useful for you. (special thanks to mr.Abel, i I hope you are not offended because I repost).
